I got hired by Dr. Jain Kalpana a few years back to support the International Program initiative in Hyderabad, India. Prior to that, I worked for Dr. Jain Kalpana maintaining two of the avionics labs at the Vaughn College of Aeronautics. She was an excellent professor and always equipped for the lectures she conducted. Also as a department head she made the environment very conducive for improved productivity and collaborative work when I worked as an adjunct professor under her leadership. Overall, she is an exceptional lead and it was a pleasure working under her lead (from 2000 through 2010).

As former chair of the Trustees' Academic Policy Committee at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology, and on behalf of the Board, I monitored the work of the Academic Affairs Department, headed at the time by Dr. Jain. I am pleased to recommend her for her competence, diligence and effectiveness in that position, and for her skills in strengthening the academic program at the College.
