  Job nature: Transition and transformation projects related to ITSM tools and processes. The outcome could be project CR/s, related to timeline budget and/or solution. • Creating transition and transformation project plan (includes high level risks, assumptions, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria) and project schedule. • Requesting staff according project scope and assembling the team. • Preparing and conducting kick-off meeting. • Conducting status tracking meetings. Meetings nature and frequency depends on solution complexity, project state, customer and/or other 3rd party disposal. • Performing budget control and preparing monthly financial forecast. • Performing schedule control – tasks execution, FUT, UAT, CAT. • Managing project staff, handling escalations (team size – up to 10 experts) • Identifying and managing project risks and issues. • Managing stakeholder expectations. • Reporting to senior management and sponsor. • Managing project Cut-Over and Go-Live. • Closing down projects (archiving project documentation; updating the Sharepoint; handing over the processes and solution to the client/support team).
