      I worked for Regal for seven years and in that time I became a team leader. I was expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the theater, not only for new Cast Members but for costumers as well. I was in charge of training the new Cast Members and making sure that every part of the job was communicated clearly and effectively. I was able to learn how to maintain a professional attitude and work demeanor even while under extreme stress or even training.
