Kallie brings with her a positive energy that critical in a high stress environment. She is able to say on task with laser focus despite a very high operational tempo setting. In the time that I've known her, she didn't just want to do a good job; she HAD to do a good job. The 'Win' was always foremost in her mind and her desire to attain it coupled with her intelligence and skill sets almost guaranteed it...every time. Kallie is a rare breed in that she grasps concepts quickly and can visualize how factors come into play with each other. The position she occupied dealt with managing a myriad of variables. Able to navigate this ever changing landscape, Kallie was able to perform at a professional level few are able to attain.
