  I worked under the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy services for elementary school children. I prepared and facilitated therapy activities that aligned with the goals of each student. I facilitated both individual and group sessions for a variety of clients, including those working on articulation, language, fluency, social communication skills, and AAC use. Additionally, I collected data in each session in order keep track of each student's progress. Through collaboration with the SLP, I greatly expanded my knowledge of Speech-Language Pathology and grew my clinical skills.

  I worked during the summers of 2018 and 2019 as a Peer Advisor at California Baptist University. As a Peer Advisor, I worked directly with students to help them register for their first semester of classes at CBU. I worked with other Peer and Professional Advisors to problem-solved through difficult work, sports, and music schedules and create a course schedule specific to each student.
