  - Sole data scientist and GIS specialist for Fresh Information Limited (Fresh Info), performing statistical modelling and geospatial analysis for Fresh Info’s economic consulting and tourism & event data projects- Developed and maintained dashboards in R Shiny and Power BI for Fresh Info’s data subscribers and clients, such as MBIE’s Accommodation Data Programme - Developed ‘Locational Economics’ – a locational analytics and intelligence workstream which uses an app-based mobile location dataset covering 20% of New Zealand devices monthly. I was responsible for designing and developing our internal data warehouse using S3/GCP. I collaborated closely with tourism expert and managing director Shane Vuletich and my clients to develop business rules to generate locational intelligence, such as the definition of tourists and commuters. Locational Economics has pioneered the use of app-based locational intelligence at a nationwide scale in New Zealand, delivering valuable mobility insights and predictions to airports, marketing agencies, city councils, and Regional Tourism Organisations (RTO’s).
