    1. Fire Management Plan (FMP): Develop and implement a comprehensive Fire Management Plan for Tondwa GMA. This involves coordinating the burning of firebreaks and collaborating with external communities. Additionally, map and report on all fire-related activities.2.     • Project manager in overseeing the planning and delivery of 16 construction projects in a 2-year period, under budget of an estimated total of K4 million (approximately USD 240,000). Notable projects include design, preparation of BoQs and tender documents for the construction of dormitories in Makeni transit center and Meheba settlement. Other projects include construction of Interagency Offices and Major Market in Mantapala, and UNHCR Kawambwa Office block extension. • Led collaboration with the community and various partners including the government in developing the 2020 to 2025 country shelter and WASH strategies from inception to completion within 6 months. • Project manager in the construction of more than 30 kilometres of feeder roads in collaboration with Zambia National Services and commissioner for refugees • Initiated the use of Bill of Quantities, resulting in an improvement of the contract management process of construction works in the organization. • Initiated the application of ArcGIS as a data management tool for planning and monitoring the interaction between required WASH services and the persons of concern for a settlement with coverage area of 8000 hectares. • Led the co-ordination of the technical unit of 10 partners in the implementation of WASH interventions in the settlement and host community.     Projects: Construction of Mpika fuel depot – Mpika, Northern, Zambia (2015) Construction of 50MW HFO Ndola energy power plant phase II- Ndola, Zambia (2016) Construction of 40MW Geita energy power plant, Geita, Tanzania (2017) • Responsible for allocating resources, facilitating, and coordinating activities of workforce of 50 employees (concrete and tipper truck drivers, batch plant operator, bricklayers, carpenters, steel fixers and general workers) during the construction of estimated US$ 75 million, Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) 50MW Ndola Energy power plant. Key achievements include successful completion of all civil works on the construction of the 150M3 fuel storage tank, driveway, and step up transformer, cable trench, wall-fence, and the drainage network. • Coordinating of all quality assurance and control activities. Successfully supervised the batching of concrete as per the mix design and all concrete cubes taken to the lab for testing. Also, liaison with the geotechnical tests consultants to carry out required soil tests such as compaction using Troxler. • Oversee the testing of materials used on the project, including welding, reinforced concrete (reinforcement steel, aggregates and cement) to verify their quality and compliance.• Ensure proper welding techniques and procedures are followed, conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) such as Schmidt hammer concrete test, temperature check to identify any defects.• Verification of the position of the steel members to confirm position, alignment and fabrication according to the specifications by design team.• Collaborate with fellow engineers and specialized professionals to tackle intricate quality-related issues, suggesting remedies that guarantee the steel structure's structural soundness and safety
