  Grew the organization by 140%, improving student representation and advocacy. Led the organization of events such as club fairs, undocumented student action week, movie nights, student mixers, and more, averaging a 93% higher rate of attendance as compared to events hosted in the previous academic year. Managed and supervised the business of 4 different internal committees, totaling 4 meeting chairs and 15 student representatives. Oversaw and managed a $100,000 budget, compiling expenditure reports to present to the college administration. Distributed over $8,000 in funding to 12 different clubs on campus to support student-led events and activities. Chaired meetings with the executive board in compliance with Robert’s Rules of Order and the Ralph M. Brown Act to ensure equity and transparency. Represented the organization in the general and delegate assemblies of the Student Senate for California Community Colleges (SSCCC). Reported to the district Board of Trustees and pushed for the removal of tuition, parking, health, and child-care fees. Collaborated with Student Services, the Office of Student Needs, and clubs to foster an inclusive environment on campus.
