I was highly fortunate to get to watch Ms. Racine's career go through radical transformation as she grew so quickly within the organization. Her incredible aptitude and attention to detail made her role become a focal point amongst many of her colleagues trying to stay on track in a highly competitive and very fast paced engineering and production environment. She shows compassion in leadership but knows when firm decision making needs to be prudently applied to keep the customer's needs prioritized.

I organised a donation of 100 complete skateboards in Cuba in 2016. Even if the project didn't finish as expected, I am really proud of what we accomplished.
