  • Prepare actual BOQ for all the activity of the project.• Reviewing the actual estimate based on structural completion and sample apartment completion.• Verification of Designs (Structural & Finishes), variations and material reconciliation.• If there is any variation in an activity, check that particular activity and if found the variation is reasonable, approving the cost variation and make the necessary change in the budget.• Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions. Checking the design layouts, whether it is feasible or not, to reduce wastage.• Keep tracking the actual cost of each and every activity of the project with the estimated cost of the project.• Prepare monthly report for the monitoring of various activities on a daily basis and register all downtime, consumption and activity related issues relating to the project.• Monitoring the cost of the activity against the budget before it is being committed.• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.• Each month updating the material consumption of every site.• Keep track on hire orders, direct labour cost, repair and rework cost to control overall budget of the project.
