  In this role within the Operations team, I'll be responsible for designing and implementing our educational program offering for guests who are already passionate and knowledgeable about our areas of operation. This includes elements of logistics, group and partner deliverables, managing the on-board Program Director role, and generally ensuring that we're upholding an excellent standard of programming that aligns with our guiding principles.
