      Whilst working within an FCA regulated environment, it has been the responsibility of my role to provide customers with a detailed non-advised quote, that offers to enhance their standard manufacturers’ warranty to their white good appliances. I have also provide team leader cover in some instances where I lead my team to achieve their own sale targets whilst meeting the team's KPI's and on multiple occasions provided coaching for both established agents as well as new starters to enhance upon their current skills, bringing out their full potential and allowing them to flourish.
