Whilst working within an FCA regulated environment, it has been the responsibility of my role to provide customers with a detailed non-advised quote, that offers to enhance their standard manufacturers’ warranty to their white good appliances. I did this through building stong rapport with customers, enabling me to identify other potential enhancements the customer might wish to purchase. Should the customer wish to proceed it is my responsibility to ensure these are set up while provide all relevant information to the customer. I also have the responsibilities of logging complaints and resolving any potential issues myself where applicable and directing customers to the department that best suits their queries. During my time in this role I have managed to achieve agent progression, on which I have reached level 2 which is earned through exceeding KPI targets consistently, as well as keeping to regulated compliancy standards. I have also provide team leader cover in some instances where I lead my team to achieve their own sale targets whilst meeting the team's KPI's and on multiple occasions provided coaching for both established agents as well as new starters to enhance upon their current skills, bringing out their full potential and allowing them to flourish. While working at Boots, my main role was to provide a high level of customer service through solving customers queries and problems both at point of contact via the phone and also through e-mail. I was also responsible for live logging the issues and actions taken to solve them using several client databases and computer programmes. This level of multi-tasking enabled a quick and efficient response time. During my time in this role my task was to contact non-existing customers who already have insurance placed with alternative providers. Through building a strong rapport, I was effectively able to identify the customers wants and needs to then be able to provide them with a suitable, yet efficient quote and then amassing sales through satisfactory service, while also hitting sales targets throughout.
