Sailed aboard the Training Ship State of Maine for Cadet Shipping. Engaged in general ship's maintenance and procedures. Designed diesel fuel cooling system for Ship Service Diesel Generators. Participated in maintenance, repair and operation of diesel engines, electrical systems, pumping systems, steam systems and related components. Received an A grade for shipping and received an award for outstanding performance on the project.
