Kaleb reached out to me after he noticed Unity College was launching a Virtual Campus. We had a great conversation during which he clearly articulated his experience in game design and 3D development. I brought him on as the lead designer for our virtual campus map. He is a talented and innovative technical artist that pays extreme attention to detail and process. He takes deadlines seriously and delivers on time. He thinks ahead, asks inquisitive and analytical questions about design and process. He went above and beyond to create an amazing product and offer support to other team members. His combination of skills, artistic talent, and cooperative team spirit would make him a valuable asset to any team!

I was first hired at The Lehigh County Elections Office in October 2020. For the first two months, I held a temporary position with the department due to the impending federal election. During my time in this position, I assisted the citizens of Lehigh County in casting their votes and further enabled access to alternative voting methods such as Mail-In and Absentee Ballot voting. After being asked to stay as a permanent part-time employee, I began my transition into computer work utilizing the SURE system to modify and update the registration statuses of Lehigh County voters, also including paperwork processing and filing procedures. After several months of skill development, I began transitioning into communications work with the county as an assistant to our office's Community Outreach Liason and Alternate Language Coordinator. In this role, I create promotional materials such as ads, flyers, training materials, and applications for the county's poll worker recruitment efforts. More recently, we have begun a transition into further promoting our recruitment program with eligible students. As an assistant to the networking process, I worked with hundreds of students to train and teach them about the importance of voting and civic engagement through training materials and PowerPoint presentations. As I continue my professional development with the Lehigh County Elections Office, I have begun providing additional aid to the Clerical Technicians in our office in community outreach and poll worker recruitment processing. A critical aspect of my job is ensuring quality public service through my interactions with voters in the county, whether over the phone or at our front desk. Show less

Independent Contractor responsible for the design of Unity College's Virtual Campus. My responsibilities include environment design, and feature development for students and faculty users. I will be utilizing the tools within the Unity Engine and other software such as PlasticSCM and Confluence. My goal as a designer is to create a virtual environment that reflects the visions of a sustainable future and to provide a foundation for distance education students to find community and be more immersed in their coursework at Unity College. I also have worked on the college's Animal Behavior Simulation where I was responsible for creating new 3D models for the simulation's environment. Part of that process also included optimizing existing geometry and establishing standards moving forward for style and quality. Show less
