In this position I have been additionally responsible for multiple teams. Regulatory compliance team, WEB registration, Data fixing, Portal queries, divorce orders and manual bank verification teams within the retirement fund administration industry. My main focus area has always been investment administration of the retirement fund’s assets where we have nearly two hundred billion in assets under management. I manage a diversified team of 12, with 3 being direct reports. I am involved heavily in the company’s leadership decisions and often represent the company on the client engagement frontier. In this year alone, I have represented the company and won seven out of eight tenders for standalone retirement fund administration.
