I worked with Kaja from 2016-2019. In that time, Kaja has held a number of positions, initially with our outsourced Overseas Delivery Partner and more recently working directly for the team in the Embassy. In the last year, she has proved to be an effective leader of two junior members of the team, giving them direction and mentoring them to provide excellent support for UK companies. In all her work, Kaja has represented the interests of both DIT and her British clients very successfully, delivering excellent results all round. The UK companies she has helped to enter the Polish market have been full of praise for the practical assistance she has given them Kaja is an engaging and proactive member of our team and is popular with her Embassy colleagues. She has made a significant contribution to our Trade Services operations. Usually this team helps small and medium-sized UK companies to achieve modest success in exporting to Poland. However, she has also had success with larger companies, helping them to achieve significant export success. Overall, the team that has delivered over £130 million in export wins for UK companies, mostly in the food, drink, personal products, giftware and retail sectors.
