Bruce Fallon, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, CDT
We have had the opportunity of having Kaitlyn as a high school intern. She came to this opportunity with a desire to learn and be introduced to the day to day architect's office environment. We have attempted to provide for her an exposure to the variety of tasks and experiences to help her see what an architect does, and in every opportunity, she has been willing and worked at it with an effort that is to be admired. For someone without any experience in the technical side of the business, she has been willing to work on the drafting of a floor plan, took care of scanning and organizing tasks, and been a willing participant in a variety of meetings to help her gain a better idea of what to expect. She has been punctual and focused as she went about her tasks. We look forward to seeing what she accomplishes as she pushes forward in her pursuit of architecture, and we encourage her in every way we can. It has been a great experience for us and hope she has gained something valuable as well.

It has been my pleasure to know Kaitlyn as an intern in our CTE Internships program this semester. Kaitlyn took the initiative to find an internship at an architecture firm, to learn more about this career. She has been eager to learn everything she can about this career field, as she makes plans for her future. Kaitlyn is kind, pleasant and easy to get along with. She will make a great addition to any business she chooses to work for in the future.
