  DASH Sports is a sports program that introduces 2-11 year olds to a variety of sports, both team and individual. In my role as coach I introduced the foundation for success in sports by developing fundamental skills and the basic movements such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, passing, shooting, etc. Through creating this foundation my goal is to increase the likelihood of children participating in sports as they grow older and as involvement in sports becomes central to peer socialization.   Stillwater Country Club is a private Country Club that caters to over 500 members and guests. In the seasonal role I worked in both the restaurant serving food and beverages and making sure the customer had the best dining experience possible. I developed relationships with repeat guests, other employees, was flexible on working and picking up shifts, as well as training in new servers. I also ran the beverage cart on the course making sure I was easily accessible and approachable for the golfers, while being respectful of their play.
