I am the Recruitment Advisor for the Chi Omega Sorority at Oregon State University. I had the pleasure of having Kaitlyn as our Recruitment Chair. I have worked with many Recruitment Chairs and I was very impressed by Kaitlyn's dedication to the role. Kaitlyn was extremely organized and handled the job exceptionally well. She had the respect of her sisters and was able to make sure we accomplished all our goals. Even in the face of adversity and stress, Kaitlyn remained a calm and confident leader. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Kaitlyn. She will be an asset where ever she ends up. If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me. Kaitlyn is an astute problem solver with strong emotional intelligence. She is a conscientious Human Resources professional. I had the good fortune to work with Kaitlyn during her summer 2018 Internship with our organization, Pacific Retirement Services. Kaitlyn and I were assigned to the first phase of the organization’s competency project specifically building a competency-based selection tool. When Kaitlyn started the project she had little understanding of competencies but jumped in with full commitment. Kaitlyn quickly ramped up her expertise in competencies and intelligently developed a thorough comprehension of both the detailed meaning of competencies and awareness in how they can be used to improve the selection process. Kaitlyn’s contributions were significant and well beyond data entry. Kaitlyn was my primary collaborative partner and her efforts built the structure of our tool and her ongoing problem solving helped us refine the product to be simple and user-friendly while having the horsepower of a much more complicated tool. Kaitlyn has a great capacity to take in information and translate it into it's simplest most concise terms. She is a rapid learner and will be a high performing talent for the company that is lucky enough to offer her an opportunity. I would recommend Kaitlyn without reservation.
