  As a server at Calhoun's On The River, my main focus is to ensure my guests have a memorable dining experience. I provide friendly, welcoming, and high quality service. I inform every guest about the best and most popular drinks and food we offer. I maintain the role in having the highest check average in the restaurant, 40% higher than all 89 servers. Since I have been at Calhoun's On The River for almost 5 years, I have been given the responsibility as a Shift Leader. As a Shift Leader, I make sure all other servers have the tools they need to succeed during their shift, help out servers and hosts in stressful and hectic situations, and manage side-work at the end of every shift.
