I am responsible for managing 30+ Volunteers in 3 different program sectors. Lastly, I am responsible for developing new communities to receive a volunteer, this involves establishing relationships with new people from a different culture and practicing flexibility within a schedule.

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sector works with Aqueduct Systems, latrines, Health organizations, Behavior Change and to Capacitate community groups. I was responsible for these objectives in my rural Indigenous community in Panama for a time period of two years. My primary projects were capacitating the Water Committee and the Health Committee, to ensure the advancement of the health in the community and working with empowerment of young girls.
