Kaitlyn made my summer internship at Harmac from June - August 2019 such a positive experience. In my interview I told Kaitlyn what I was looking for in an internship, and I think she specially gave me the project I was on to satisfy those requests. She allowed me to express my creativity with the project while simultaneously expressing the company vision. My project focused on a quality improvement in the clean room, so Kaitlyn made sure that I got to know the other members of our team and encouraged me to reach out to the Operations staff and operators in the clean room. It was a very pleasant pattern at Harmac of doing fulfilling work and getting feedback from Kaitlyn. Her door was always open and she was always available for questions. Even if she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get back to me within an hour. In fact, when another engineer asked me who I was working under they said that if they could pick one person to learn under it would be Kaitlyn, and I couldn't agree more.
