I had the great pleasure of working with Kaiti on a variety of projects. Recently, we developed a React/Node web app together. Kaiti acted as both the Project Manager and one of the core developers. She is incredible at communicating and working with people, learning her teammates' strengths and weaknesses to assign them manageable yet challenging features off of the backlog. She is a talented developer with confidence and skills on front and backend. She is extremely hard working and has a willingness to learn any tech put in front of her. Kaiti's interpersonal skills and technical prowess make her an invaluable asset to any team. I would gladly recommend Kaiti and hope to work with her again in the future.

Kaiti, i and 2 other students have a week to build Prickly Posts for our Q3 project. Kaiti kept coming up with ideas and implementing the codes to materialize and make our project even better. throughout the development process, Kaiti constantly bring the team closer together with scrum method and daily group bonding activity. Kaiti is always positive and she is a great fit for any development team.
