I am an Independent Consultant and District Manager with Arbonne International, a role I take on as a personal project on a part-time basis. The company is a MLM Social Marketing business within the beauty / health & wellness industry and my business is currently operating in UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Poland. I coach and manage a global team of consultants to meet specific sales targets through customer lead generation and retention, group presentations, online events via Zoom/Skype and one on one consultations with clients. As there are no physical shopfronts in this style of retail business, strong negotiation and influencing skills are imperative to the success against not only my personal KPIs, but that of my team in order to commercialise on ROI and generate healthy commission salaries. I develop tailored sales strategies for each international market against forecast targets; including CRM and digital marketing campaigns through Sales Force, social media websites and applications.
