  In this role I oversee the everyday operations and functions of Franchised Food Company’s six brands; Cold Rock, Pretzel World, Nutshack, Trampoline, Europa and Mr Whippy. I am responsible for designing, improving and implementing systems to produce, and deliver our products and services to the market. I drive the profitability of all Franchised Food Company (FFCo) franchised stores and ensure the network complies with all FFCo policies and procedures.As the head of the Operations Department, I am responsible for store operations, store level compliance, new store build, supply chains, procurement, franchisee and head office training, as well as brand, product and business development. I lead our national team of Business Support Managers (BSM’s), Business Support Analyst’s, Operations Trainers and Operations Coordinators.
