The in-patients operation replace 95% of canceled surgeries withint 24 hours notice, and the out-patient operation set up a system of Integrated Clinics allowing the distribution of offices to be based on the disease and not on the specialty, that is, clinicians and surgeons work side by side, being able to act simultaneously if necessary.As CIO since 2010, I am responsible for all areas of Information Technology, including Computerized Hospital Management System - TASY/Philips, such as the Data Center, and the entire Telecommunication network. It is also responsible for all technology-related innovation initiatives, which I highlight:1. First Hospital in Brazil to use Digital Certificate (Mar.2010)2. First 100% Digital Hospital in Brazil (Feb.2012)3. Real-time Bed Cleaning Management, where the TASY/Philips is integrated with the telephone system, and through the telephone set, the teams involved have overview of the patient discharge process, and bed cleaning, increasing bed turning, and usage optimization.4.
