This program was designed to boost the number of women and minorities in the STEM fields. Her TCC experience has undoubtedly kept her engaged and motivated to pursue a career in engineering, and that was my goal as her advisor! Kaileen has maintained a high GPA throughout her studies and takes her coursework very seriously. She also jumps on any opportunity to further explore her career options.
