Rishi Desai, MD, MPH

Kaia has been a really wonderful member of the team. She has put together videos, done learner research, and even created a whole new class/style of videos (High Yield). She brings a great attitude to every conversation, and jumps in and is ready to help however she can, while also pushing for things that she really believes in. I feel really fortunate to have her on the team!

Elizabeth Nixon-Shapiro, MSMI, CMI

Kaia is so thoughtful and curious about all aspects of Osmosis. She lends a very calming presence to the team and is a great leader. She did a fantastic job spear-heading the High Yield videos and listening to feedback and constructive criticism and then altering the guidelines to make the videos more accessible and uniform. She does an amazing job with designing new layouts for her scenes and constantly inspires me to be better!
