My time as a manager at Macaulay Child Development Centre intersected with Kai’s. I observed Kai’s management style to be warm, genuine, and attuned. He role modeled a heart-centred approach that opened space for staff and families to reveal the root of conflicts, hardships, or impasses. Kai is wise and grounded enough to hold a container for true growth, transformation, and the kind of forward momentum that our structures and systems so often prevent or slow down. Kai is extremely dedicated to his work - reliable, enthusiastic about collaborating with others, and ready to find creative ways to improve the quality of experience for his staff and families. Could not recommend more! Any team would be lucky to receive his guidance and support.
