-
Feb 2015 - Apr 2017
Demonstrated ELISA procedure to students during their Biosensors lab session (One month per year). Worked with antibodies, blood serum, diabetes glucose sensor, enzymes, UV-Vis spectroscope and microscope with CMOS camera. Prepared solutions and plates as and supervised students as they continued the subsequent steps of the ELISA procedure. Questioned students about the importance of each step and gave further explanations. Also helped in the previous demonstrations of the UV-Vis spectrophotometry and commercial glucose sensor experiments. Experiments used enzymes to break down glucose into H2O2 that is in turn converted into a colour change or electrical output.
