Chris came to work for the Flight Training Planning and Scheduling team at American Airlines in 2022 for a period of about 6 months as a contractor. We reached out to him due to challenges with our primary planning software that he is a SME on. He was able to step into our environment and take on numerous challenges immediately. He is self-driven, accountable, and was quickly working with all of our customers to provide them value when there was a need. Chris was able to establish relationships quickly and collaborate on several extremely detailed technical projects. The ability to give him a starting direction and then guide him only as needed was outstanding. I recommend him as a person who can quickly become a key contributor that can be relied on. Aerospace and Defense focused organizations select only the most proven Training Management software applications to ensure compliance and meet commitments. Yet even the best applications require individuals who understands the tool, understands the operations and has enough experience to connect the app to its users in ways that help automate the toughest tasks, so they can connect the soldiers/pilots/operators and engineers to the regulatory and manpower requirements of their business. My responsibility is to help my customer meet their commitment. It involves active management and top tier support of the business process for commercial airlines and aerospace manufacturing as well as the Dept of Defense. Today, public and private sector professionals rely on me to envision, customize and create a system to help them meet manpower planning forecasting and ensure regulatory compliance with measurable increases in efficiency. Serving the customer and the people behind the curtains provides me with a deep sense of accomplishment. I am their partner in everything from assisting in automating the most mundane task, to deep dive business process and auditing that provide the essential facts and data in the most demanding environments.
