What never ceases to amaze me about Kahly is the depth of thinking she does in service of her business and employees. I've never worked with anyone else who is able to span across an organization the way Kahly can. She is a deeply curious human, a truly brilliant business mind, and a consummate advocate for her people. In this particular phase of her career she's fought so hard for what's right, is often the only woman in the room, and operates in a fairly thankless capacity. It's been an incredible experience working with her and I'm so grateful to have had the privilege.

Kahly is hands down one of the greatest leaders that I have had the honor of working with. She is always the smartest person in the room and the one you want by your side when any decision of gravity needs to be made. She has a super power of seeing the future before others do and inspiring others to see it too. She leads with integrity and puts her people at the center of decision making. She is equal parts curious, fair, empathetic, relentless, brilliant, kind, and motivated to always do better. Kahly's fortitude in times of crisis is beyond admirable. I am better for knowing Kahly and anyone who gets the opportunity to work with her will surely experience the same.
