I have had the pleasure of interacting and working with Clara recently as we managed the IBAU Annual Conference. Clara is as cool as a cucumber - never seems to panic - which is a much needed ability when handling events. She is a good organiser, disciplined, excellent at follow-ups and takes care of details to the last T. Her interpersonal skills are to be commended as she knows how to conduct herself when dealing with all levels, senior or junior. And at the end of it all, she is able to give a good laugh and enjoy herself as she works relentlessly!

Clara Splendor has always stood out as a critical thinker and a very inquisitive learner. During the time I taught her at the University, she was undoubtedly one of the best students in her class. She pays attention to detail and is not afraid to challenge the status quo. She always brings multiple angles to discussions that portray a high level of maturity. She is self-driven, well-organized, creative, and very reliable.

Clara is a young, enthusiastic and hardworking lady. During the time I worked with her, she excellently delivered her roles as a research assistant and also supported her team members to perform well. She demonstrated resilience and flexibility working in hard to reach areas and I am confident she can work under hard circumstances. Her self motivation, creativity, positive response to feedback and willingness to learn is admirable. Therefore I would highly recommend Clara for any responsibility that matches her career aspirations and would be happy to be contacted for any further information regarding her potential
