I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of working with Ka’eo for some time. When Ka’eo started at Goodway, I was lucky enough to have him on my team as my Campaign Manager. In his first week, he hit the ground running. He quickly learned and internalized the process and procedures of his job, and he also was able to anticipate my needs and the needs of our clients. One of his greatest strengths is always thinking ahead. Ka’eo’s take-charge and get it done attitude helped me grow one of Goodway’s larger clients from $1.5 million to over $3 million in one year. Ka’eo was promoted within the organization to a leadership position where he used his skills to grow and develop other teams.
