  I am currently a Systems Operator at Bally's Shreveport in Louisiana. I work on various systems around property ranging from AS400 / ACSC (utilizing the IBM framework) all the way to configuring / deploying CISCO 48p switches, and imaging computers. I am also in charge of completing all UARs (User Access Requests) and Terminations. Essentially I create all user accounts, and generate the relevant access for them when hired and remove and deactivate accounts when any employees are released.
