I conceptualized and founded a club at my secondary school, with a group of peers addressing racism and diversity within our and community. We were able to accomplish many of our goals through the pandemic and successfully grew our club to have over 60 members. I provided exceptional customer service by greeting guests entering the admission gates during the PNE’s annual fair. I was able to fulfill guests requests and answer guests' questions, concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. I assured the legitimacy of identification for employees, exhibitors and service personnel. I was the recipient of both the “Spotlight” and “Golden Spotlight” award for my outstanding performance.
