  Quality bearing Inspection: -Verify conformity using parts catalogs and general documentation -Visual Inspection per definitions and references in OS-203/OHM -Dimensional: inner diameter/outer diameter, round 3X, out of round 4X -Internal diametrical clearance/end play QEC Mechanic: -Disassembly and assembly Quick Engine Change kits in accordance with OEM instructions -Remove and replace engine from QEC -Painting as required per OHM and installation of decals as per blue print indications 501/T56 Engine and or modules disassembly: -Disassembly all components and modules IAW OEM that must be routed to other departments and/or outside services -Identify and separate obvious rejected materials and any other components identified within the work scope for further disposition 501/T56 Engine and or modules assembly: Sub-assembly/assembly: -Assembles sub-assemblies IAW applicable OEM established practices and manual procedures -Document proper torque and/or clearances on build book where applicable Final Assembly: -Reviews build books and ensure all requirements have been fulfilled and properly documented -Assembles all sub-assemblies IAW applicable OEM established practices and manual procedures -Ensure all work scope instructions have been complied with Show less
