Ross Nicolson
I was very lucky to get to work with Mikhail on a number of levels at Acony. He passionate about his work and about video games as a whole, and is an outstanding Level Designer with a talent for making the gameplay within his levels fun and exciting. And as an added bonus, he also has a good artistic eye and understanding of what works visually. From planning of a new level through to the final phases of production, you can always count of Mikhail to be open with and open to new suggestions, and offer up some valuable ideas and technical help that makes the whole process a much more enjoyable and manageable experience for all involved. I definitely hope to work with Mikhail again, and would gladly recommend him to any studio in need of a friendly and talented Level Designer!

Mikhail has a great understanding of what makes a fun and diverse layout, his designs have always received overwhelming positive feedback from the playerbase. He always goes the extra mile – for example by creating a level in his spare time which was picked up and polished to be included into the game and later turned out to be the most popular level of Bullet Run. As the Level Design Lead I was always impressed with his continuous strive to expand his skillset such as digging into 3dsmax which helped to speed up the level development process. I have enjoyed working with Mikhail for the past 5 years and am definitely looking forward to have the opportunity to work with him again.
