After an interview process I continued work on BabbleWire’s SaaS applications under Patient Zero in the same capacity. Key Contributions - Major performance improvements to frontend, backend and reporting applications. - Migration of two systems to a new infrastructure. - Data migration to a large dataset, drastically improving performance for users. At BabbleWire I worked as part of an Agile team with AngularJS, Angular, Ionic and Laravel frameworks. Also creating and maintaining end to end tests and postman tests, which ensured the highest quality is maintained but also made development so much more efficient. Key Contributions - When I first started I rewrote a large part of an existing application in a short time to meet a very important deadline. - Implemented automated build processes that greatly improved development work and made deployment much easier. - Took the initiative to implement an automated testing framework and created a large portion of the tests that thoroughly test functionality.

At Vision6 I worked on a number of projects developing new features and major improvements. I was also responsible for resolving everyday client and internally reported bugs and issues. And triaging newly reported tasks and assigning to developers. Achieving a zero bug task list and maintaining it up to the last day there. This required communicating and checking in with all developers to balance task assignment with their workload based on priority/severity of bugs. Key Contributions - Google Analytics integration – a much valued and highly anticipated feature; it provided an easy way to add link tracking to all links in an email send. - Security – implemented greater security checks for all requests in the system. - Internationalisation – i18n of all dates and date inputs in the system. - Support ticket triage and assignment.
