Kade is a dedicated developer, passionate about his craft and will always put in the effort and enthusiasm required to push a project across the line. Kade is a valuable addition to any development team and I have much respect for his approach to work, self-motivation and ability to learn and share his knowledge on the job.

I have know Kade since February 2014 when I transferred from another division in the group to Insurtech and have been his operational line manager since Sept 2014. Kade has always displayed an extremely high degree of integrity, responsibility and determination. He has continued to take on additional responsibility and assist some of the less experienced developers in our team - assuming a more senior role naturally without being asked. Kade is always prepared to take on a challenge and puts in to resolve issues even when it impedes his own personal activities. Kade is respected and considered professional by all those he is associated with, especially his fellow team mates. I highly recommend Kade for any position or endeavour that he may seek to pursue. He is extremely dependable and through good judgement, and his mature and caring outlook he has been a valuable member of the team, and I would be happy to give him my wholehearted endorsement

At BabbleWire I worked as part of an Agile team with AngularJS, Angular, Ionic and Laravel frameworks. Also creating and maintaining end to end tests and postman tests, which ensured the highest quality is maintained but also made development so much more efficient. Key Contributions - When I first started I rewrote a large part of an existing application in a short time to meet a very important deadline. - Implemented automated build processes that greatly improved development work and made deployment much easier. - Took the initiative to implement an automated testing framework and created a large portion of the tests that thoroughly test functionality.

At Vision6 I worked on a number of projects developing new features and major improvements. I was also responsible for resolving everyday client and internally reported bugs and issues. And triaging newly reported tasks and assigning to developers. Achieving a zero bug task list and maintaining it up to the last day there. This required communicating and checking in with all developers to balance task assignment with their workload based on priority/severity of bugs. Key Contributions - Google Analytics integration – a much valued and highly anticipated feature; it provided an easy way to add link tracking to all links in an email send. - Security – implemented greater security checks for all requests in the system. - Internationalisation – i18n of all dates and date inputs in the system. - Support ticket triage and assignment.
