In connection with setting of Angul washery, Been to Japan to watch the performance of Vari-wave Jig and inspection of the equipment which was being introduced in Indian coal washing first time. •I had also been to Beijing(China) to have a technical discussion with Techgart Engineering Ltd. for bidding of 1.8 Mtpa coking Coal washery tender of M/s S & T Mining Pvt. Ltd. in 2017. •Having experience in Preparation of bids for various Coking & Non-Coking Coal Washing Projects of CIL such as 5 Mtpa Madhuband Coal washery, 5 Mtpa Patherdih coal washery, 10 Mtpa Ashok washery, 10 Mtpa Jaganath washery, 10 Mtpa Basundhara Washery(old & new), 10 Mtpa Kusmunda washery, 8 Mtpa Sonepur Bazari washery, 10 Mtpa Ib-valley washery, 2.0 Mtpa Dugda Washery(Old), 2.0 Mtpa Bhojudih washery, 2.5 Mtpa Patherdih washery etc. form technical and commercial side as well. •Experience of having won three tenders from the quoted ones viz i) Patherdih 5.0 Mtpa coal washery, 10 Mtpa Ashok washery & 10 Mtpa Hingula washery. •Having associated with execution of Patherdih washery from detailed design to erection monitoring, equipment procurement, trail runs. It is now under commissioning stage. •For private sector, I worked for making of bids in association with M/s Galacon for setting up of 3.0 & 4.0 Mtpa Coal Washeries in SCCL. •The design includes Jigging circuit, Barrel washing, & Heavy medium Washing circuit, Froth flotation, TBS, magnetite preparation and recovery circuits Show less

  I worked as an Asst. Design Engineer and Design Engineer in Coal Preparation Engineering Division(CPED) and Techical Assistant to CMD in CMD’s Secretariat in different stages of my tenure. In CPED department, I was associated with process design as well as monitoring of erection works, commissioning of coal washeries and coal washing consultancy works. During my tenure, I worked with projects like Moonidih, Madhubad, Rajrappa, deshaling plans of Dugda and other consultancy and modification works of various washaries. I have exposure to computer applications and developed various application software programmes on washability of coal in GWbasic. I also Worked as a Technical Asst. to CMD for more than 3 years and was preparing all technical and production reports, audit replies, liaison with MAMC’s clients such as BCCL, SECL, SCCL and other Government and Private organizations and was also preparing Board notes and Ministry reports.
