I managed Kacper for almost a year during our time at Growbots. From the very beginning, he showed terrific skills & potential. He was one of the fastest SDRs in terms of finishing the onboarding and delivering results. Once he started hitting his target, he continued to do so over the next months. However, what's really important is his attitude. Kacper is constantly looking for opportunities to grow and develop. Once he mastered one part of an SDR job, he went on to master another.
