I was managing the mechanical installation of the plant which in-turn required close co-ordination with the structural build of the plant, Kacper was managing the structural build. Kacper was a very knowledgeable, helpful and integral part of the team which made the project run very smoothly. We had many obstacles to overcome during the build and all trades worked very well together! Nothing was ever a issue for Kacper, going above and beyond his contractual remit in times to ensure that the project always came first.
