   Monitor and regular checking of the field process parameters and inform the control room for any abnormal situation.- Responsibilities: Start up, shut down and normal running of process and utility plant in accordance with prescribed operating procedures.  Re-instatement and commissioning of plant after maintenance.  Optimize and trouble shoots daily production and monitor rotating equipments. Monitoring of plant operating parameters. Take the field readings. Routine minor servicing of plant. Isolation and preparation of plant for maintenance.- installations of the plant: Entrance manifolds. Polyphasic separators. Oil electrostatic desalting. Furnaces and columns. Oil storage and expedition. Gas separation (separators). Gas dehydratation using glycol injection. Gas compression (moto compressors Nuovo Pignone) controlled by DCS. Gas turbo reinjection (turbo compressors Nuovo Pignone 5000 controlled by MARK 5/6). Glycol regeneration units. Chemical injection station(solution preparations and dosing pumps). Power station gas turbines (3x10 MVA Nuovo Pignone). Air and nitrogen units. Familiarized with the instruments of control Fisher Rosemount Eckardt …etc. Exploitation on satellites equipped with polyphasic pumps SULZER controlled by (DeltaV DCS) and its chemicals injection station. Familiarized with the control room panels Honeywell. Water injection station multicellular centrifuge pumps.
