Writing this after almost 3 years since we last worked together. For me it’s was starting phase of career and that too working at startup with almost daily changes in the requirements and Kabita helped me understand the requirements at the same showing trust on me even I was new. She is passionate , hard working and most importantly friendly mentor I have ever worked with. It was really a great working with Kabita and I hope our path will cross again some day. I have known Kabita for long time, lately I had opportunity to work with her in one of the in-house project of Binsar Farms; I must say that very few people have real professionalism to deliver and remain motivated under loosely defined startup environment. She has shown a tremendous shelf-confidence and motivation in resource constraint setup. Disciplined yet agile creativeness, is seems to be best in her as software architect.
