  My role was to lead a group of more than 80 students towards successful participation in various competitions. I had to communicate, coordinate and guide them. Besides that I even had to select participants for the given competition after having a look at their skills and qualities. At the end we achieved the overall trophy as we secured a win in more than 25 competitions.
