Kaavya and I joined the organisation on the same day. From day 1, I found her energy and optimism to be infectious. For the first two years of our time in the company, we worked in different departments. I was in the product team and Kaavya was in the curriculum department. Part of our team’s responsibilities was doing a quality check on the lessons. We in the product team always knew when if a lesson written by Kaavya just by reading it. Her lessons well thought out, articulate and so much fun for the children . She brought an incredible amount of creativity, academic rigour and high bar to her work. When I was looking to expand my team by adding a product manager for a new line of products we were launching, Kaavya was the 1st name that I thought of. I knew that I would be bringing in a person who would take complete ownership, bring in oodles of creativity & empathy and lift the overall energy of the team. In the year she worked with me, Kaavya did that and more. The product line she was a part of flourished under her care. Kaavya is an asset to any organisation that is a part of.
