As program manager I have been leading system area, special focus in performance and reliability, which has required very close co-operation with my engineering and quality peers to meet the challenging targets of devices. Also daily work with our partners, such as Qualcomm and OS team has been mandatory to get things done. Program management dimension of this work has been asking strict dicipline of schedules, priorities and full visibility & involment of SW development. Latest new products completed were Lumia 950, Lumia 950XL, Lumia 650 and Lumia 550, which we completed on time with very hard last months push.
