Depuis le projet d’intégration de la marque Novax sur le France, Kaan fait preuve de rigueur, de persévérance et d’une très grande organisation. J'ai vraiment été impressionné par la façon de travailler de Kaan, son organisation et son professionnalisme est un véritable atout pour une entreprise. Sa présence est une motivation pour l’entourage. Lors des journées difficiles, sur les salons, Kaan sait garder le sourire et la motivation.
