I first got to interface with Parameswaran when he was an EA to the Director formulations at Piramal Healthcare (Now Abbott) . I always found Param to be diligent and objective in his deliberations. He did more than justice to his role by constantly shifting gears between audit and Value add. His involvement in driving projects assigned to logical conclusions needs a special mention. A pleasing personality and adept communication skills enable Param in striking a chord easily with peers and seniors. Param does come across as an individual highly competent yet firmly grounded. Thus, I am sure that Param would not just meet but surpass expectations in all professional endeavours.
