Keegan has a natural ability as a leader who can cast a vision, bring about strategic implementation, and encourage his team in a way that only few can do. He is truly an inspiration. Keegan and I first worked together as executive board members of Insight Wisconsin, and again as the founding team of Internship on Demand. He not only was constantly prepared and coming up with new ideas, but was the essential backbone of both Insight Wisconsin and Internship on Demand. I cannot speak more highly of Keegan as a leader and Keegan as a person. Any person or organization that has the privilege of working with Keegan will be inspired by his charisma, fantastic attitude, and creative approach to solutions. There is no doubt that Keegan will be doing huge things in the future, excited to see what he will come up with next!

Keegan is the hardest working self-motivated leader I have ever worked with. As peers in the mechanical engineering department, we became acquainted with a shared passion for human-centered design. When forming Internship on Demand together, he drove productivity and engaged Nina and me in vigorous weekly tasks and brainstorming sessions. He took command in reaching out to his network to find the direction we wanted to head as well as generate content for our students throughout our first cohort. He is the leadership, brains, and network behind the company. His wide skill set and drive helped move the idea further and further. He managed the team to perfection and organized engaging meetings each week. He gave valuable insight as to how the program and brand should look as a whole. Our program would not be what it is today without him! I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
